Though his workshops and training events, Mike teaches proven success principles to individuals, entrepreneurs and corporate teams. In his coaching engagements, Mike works with business executives & rising entrepreneurs to lead them in the strategy development and implementation process. He is an experienced entrepreneur with businesses in the US and UK. When Mike is not on the road, he makes his home in a northern suburb of Atlanta, GA. He is an avid traveler, amateur photographer, proud father, and besotted husband.
Prior to launching Cariad, Mike was a senior consultant with the Change Management practice of Andersen Consulting (now Accenture); Director of Human Resources & Worksite design for Rubbermaid (now Newell/Rubbermaid), & EVP of Xcellerate (now part of Avenue A/Razorfish). His experience with fast paced, results oriented companies across different industries gives him unique insight into the challenges entrepreneurs encounter along their growth path.
